6 05 2008Malaysia former prime minister, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad has started blogging. Wonder what will be discussed there. One thing for sure, there are thousand of comments in each post. Compare that to hendrikch.com where my posts averages zero comment 
not because no comment, because it’s to troublesome to enter comment in this blog
not because it’s too troublesome, but is it really necessary to leave a comment? and so, what’s the purpose of blogging for you? just to achieve a certain number of comments or just to write about things? i think it goes back to your purpose of blogging
byte: interesting one. how troublesome is it to enter comment? it’s an interesting point that i never thought of.
if it’s troublesome, i would like to know, and see if i can make it easier for everyone.
crystalrain: it’s my blog, so i write for myself, whether there are comments or not. i’m not market oriented, nor i try to achieve any sort of numbers (be it blog hits, number of comments, etc)
however, having comments make a blog more interesting, as there will be discussions and communication between me and my blog readers. that way, i can know who reads my blog too.
